JEJU is based on an early-morning moment on Jeju Island. My friend and I woke up at 3 a.m. and took a long taxi ride across the island to reach another beach before sunrise. Standing at the water’s edge as the sky slowly changed, the waves rolled in at my feet and everything felt quiet, earned.
